Frequently Asked Questions

Eummena will create an account for each member of your team on our Gitlab-based Service Desk. Each member will be able to open tickets, describing the issue faced. Our experts will act on the tickets, providing their assistance.

Your Success Plan can be used to receive training on your LMS, to install and configure plugins, to get support related to your hosting infrastructure, advisory, or to do bespoke development of your LMS. In general, you can ask ANYTHING related to Moodle, and we will respond.

After opening a ticket, a member of our team will assess it, and provide an estimation of hours that is needed to resolve the ticket. Your team member will be called to approve this estimation and once approved, we will proceed with addressing the ticket. The hours estimated will be deducted from your total.

The minimum time needed to assess a ticket, is 15 minutes. Eummena works with 15-minute increments, which means that our estimations can be for 15', 30', 45' etc.

Eummena offers the option to transfer 10% of all packages or 15% (only for packages above 120 hours) to the next calendar year, even without the renewal of your current Success Plan. If you choose to renew your Success Plan, Eummena will transfer all the hours left in your previous plan, effective for another year. In general, hours from Year X can be transferred to the next year and consumed. No further transfer for these hours is allowed.
